Bought a pair of sunglasses which resulted in having defected lenses. When confronted, the owner said he saw no issue. I told him I wanted to return them, and he demanded 100k dong for that, which I accepted.

I found the owner unnecessarily rude. Simply asking about a product’s specifications doesn’t justify shutting down the conversation or asking a customer to leave the store. While it’s certainly their right to choose whom they do business with, dismissing a respectful customer is not appropriate or professional.

I arrived in Hoi An and realised that I forgot my lens solution and new contact lenses at home. We reached the shop pretty late but still the optician welcomed us very kindly and was very helpful! I could buy new lenses with -4.75 power (even in HCMC they don’t often hold the stock for it) and solution on the spot. My husband got his frames tightened perfectly. We were lucky to find this place!

Spectacles prepared within 2 days. Eye test took 2 minutes and provided a better result than I received in Australia. Cost for titanium frameless glasses with transition lenses was around AUD $200. Very polite optometrist who went out of his way to adjust our other glasses. He didn’t allow any bargaining so took away all the nonsense in having to haggle..

Cool shop, helpful owner and staff. Got a pair of scripted specs and sunnies. Frames are not authentic but still decent quality. Thanks guys.

Went here with my prescription from NZ and found the service great. The optometrist insisted on checking my eyes prior to manufacture. I selected a pair of Vietnamese Oakley frames and tint of lenses. Glasses were ready next day at a cost of only NZD182 and I’m extremely happy with the finished product. So much so that I took my dress glasses in and had the lenses replaced. Highly recommend!! AAA+++

Optician was very helpful and precise. I have had glasses made in Hanoi and the result wasn’t very positive. This is a great optician. I have a very strong prescription and my glasses are perfect. Takes two days to have your glasses made and back to you.

Ik was mijn zonnebril met correctie vergeten thuis (zonder bril zie ik niets). Vrijdagavond om 17u30 heeft hij mij opgemeten en de bril was zondagochtend om 9u klaar. Hij heeft een beetje mijn vakantie gered 🙏
